Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme at GRIMT

The Global Research Institute of Management & Technology successfully organized a One-Day Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme in collaboration with the MSME Development & Facilitation Office, Karnal under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. The programme aimed to inspire and educate students about entrepreneurship opportunities and government support schemes.

Ms. Meenu Dhiman, Assistant Director, MSME-DFO Karnal, delivered an informative session on Udyam Registration, Start-up India, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) tools, and Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programmes (ESDP), guiding students on how to establish and grow their own ventures. Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Professor & Head, CSE, Central University of Mahendergarh, enlightened students on both digital and conventional marketing strategies essential for business success.

Mr. Shashi Gupta, MSME District Representative, shared valuable insights on the PMFME Scheme, highlighting various subsidies and financial assistance available for micro food processing enterprises. The Group Director, Dr. Ashwani Kumar Dhingra, appreciated MSME for organizing the programme and motivated students to become innovative, confident, and future-ready entrepreneurs.

The programme concluded with an engaging interactive session, where students actively participated and clarified their queries. The event proved to be highly beneficial in encouraging entrepreneurial thinking among students and preparing them for future business opportunities in Yamuna Nagar.
